Job Description:

This job is open to qualified Fitness-enthusiasts with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destinations during Summer 2025. The role involves creating and delivering fitness sessions, planning entertainment, and ensuring high standards of guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a wide range of group fitness sessions (Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, exercise to music)
Plan and deliver daytime, sport, and evening entertainment
Engage in guest interaction
Deliver highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience

Requirements:

EU passport
Fully conversational in English and German
Certification on fitness/wellbeing (Group-Training, Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, Exercise to music)
Bachelor in sport science and modules of nutrition for 'Expert' positions
Willingness to learn and complete training
Ability to work solo and as part of an international team
Adaptable and flexible with ability to work under pressure

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
Strong personal experience in sports, fitness, and wellbeing
