Job Responsibility:

  • Design and lead a variety of engaging fitness classes for diverse ability levels
  • Build strong rapport with guests, understand their fitness goals, and offer personalised support
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment in our fitness centre
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped facility
  • Stay informed on new fitness trends and introduce fresh, engaging programmes.

Requirements:

  • You hold a recognised Fitness Instructor qualification
  • Additional certifications (Lifeguard, Swim Teaching, Plant Room) are a strong advantage
  • Experience delivering group fitness classes
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate individuals and groups
  • A true team player with a passion for exceptional guest service.
