Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional wellness experience for guests and residents by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organized fitness environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring all facilities and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and available for guest use. The Fitness Instructor assists guests with basic equipment guidance, promotes wellness services, and ensures that all health and safety standards are consistently followed. With a strong focus on guest engagement and service excellence, the Fitness Attendant supports the Spa & Wellness team in creating a positive and motivating fitness experience that reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a professional and energetic presence within the fitness facility.
