Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Fitness Instructor to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! Reporting into the Spa Director, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of fitness instruction to Four Seasons members and guests.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a superior level of fitness instruction to Four Seasons members and guests
Deliver high quality private and group fitness instruction
Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Accommodate special requests whenever possible
Resolve customer complaints
Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club and resort services
Develop and execute training plans that meet and exceed health and wellness goals
Provide personal trainer shift coverage as scheduled

Requirements:

Solid knowledge in fitness
Strong work ethic
Strong people skills
Previous relevant work experience
Fluency in French, Arabic and English
Eligibility to work in Morocco
