Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a Fitness Instructor. Candidate with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing exceptional fitness and well-being support to guests, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading group fitness classes
  • Conducting individual training sessions
  • Assisting with gym inductions
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the fitness facility
  • Engaging with guests to promote and upsell personal training sessions
  • Offering tailored fitness solutions to meet guests' needs
  • Assisting in booking appointments for personal training and wellness services
  • Delivering high quality private and group fitness instruction
  • Handling all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with club and resort services
  • Developing and executing training plans that consistently meet and exceed member and guest health and wellness goals
  • Providing personal trainer shift coverage as scheduled by the Director of Sports
  • Assisting in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of the physical fitness facility by cleaning fitness equipment as scheduled by the Fitness Manager
  • Completing all fitness instruction billing in accordance with Four Seasons accounting procedures and fitness department processes
  • Actively promoting personal training and fitness activities through frequent member and guest interaction
  • Working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
