As we launch our brand new 6 bed Reformer Pilates studio, in partnership with Technogym, we’re looking for a Fitness Instructor who blends technical excellence with passion and warmth for luxury wellness. This is a rare opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape the future of Reformer Pilates at One Spa all while continuing to play a key role in our wider fitness team.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions with a coaching-led approach in line with Technogym standards
  • Support with virtual class content and scheduling
  • Educate guests on Pilates, posture, movement and long-term wellbeing
  • Provide personalised fitness assessments and updated training programmes for guests and members taking full advantage of our AI Check Up system
  • Maintain a safe fitness environment in line with our brand standards
  • Offer professional guidance, motivation, and support on the gym floor
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and uphold technical excellence in all exercise techniques
  • Support the Fitness & Membership Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Assist with class set‑ups, health & safety checks, and opening/closing routines
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements

  • REPS Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent fitness qualification
  • Certified training and hands‑on experience in Reformer Pilates
  • A warm, engaging manner and passion for wellness
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
  • Flexibility across early, late and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work reactively and proactively as part of a fast-paced luxury wellness team
