Job Description:

High Five are excited to collaborate with Boehringer, bringing active spaces and wellbeing support to thousands of its employees within Germany. Our Fitness Coaches will be the first point of contact for Boehringer employees, taking time to understand the employees’ needs and support on their wellness journeys.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver intervention programmes for Boehringer as part of workplace health promotion
  • Providing 360° support on the training floor
  • Offering preventative and sports therapy-based support to our members
  • Conducting classes, both digital and in-person
  • Supporting health days and workplace health promotion events
  • Contributing to project work
  • Assisting with new concept developments and innovations

Requirements:

  • A valid Trainer B License
  • A background in sports science (e.g. Sports & Rehab Trainer, Sports Scientist, Health Economics, Sports and Gymnastics Trainer or equivalent qualifications)
  • Enjoy working with people
  • The energy and enthusiasm to motivate others to achieve their goals
  • Flexible, committed, and loyal
  • Confident in presenting and leading groups in fitness and wellness classes
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • English language skills at minimum level B1
