Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This means upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, gym floor member interaction, leading gym inductions and teaching engaging group exercise classes.

Uphold highest standards of cleanliness, gym floor member interaction, leading gym inductions and teaching engaging group exercise classes
Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours
Deliver engaging group exercise classes
Deliver engaging and informative member inductions
Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms
Conduct club standards checks across the club
Provide ad hoc support to members
Ensure club cleanliness standards are maintained
Maintain excellent brand standards
Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback
Operate in a safe and legal manner
Manage energy/environmental issues and waste management
Analyze and present key data to support new ideas/initiatives/proposed developments
Requirements:
