The Fitness Attendant plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional wellness experience for guests and residents by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organized fitness environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring all facilities and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and available for guest use. The Fitness Attendant assists guests with basic equipment guidance, promotes wellness services, and ensures that all health and safety standards are consistently followed. With a strong focus on guest engagement and service excellence, the Fitness Attendant supports the Spa & Wellness team in creating a positive and motivating fitness experience that reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a professional and energetic presence within the fitness facility.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Fitness, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fitness center, gym, spa, or luxury hospitality environment
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safe exercise practices
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist guests with basic equipment usage and facility orientation
Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards within fitness facilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude while engaging with guests
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards is an advantage
