Job Description

As a Fitness Attendant, you would be responsible for providing assistance, guest support, and information regarding the resort’s recreation facilities and programs including e-bike rentals, fitness classes, tennis, and pickleball. You will also register guests for outdoor hiking and biking tours as well as tennis lessons and court time.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide guests with accurate and informative information regarding all recreational activities, equipment rental, and other recreational activities
  • Assist in daily operations such as providing guest support, maintaining the cleanliness of areas, setting up equipment, and monitoring supply inventory
  • Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others
  • Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience
  • CPR Certification

  • Prior experience in fitness / recreation
  • Prior experience in a luxury environment
