Job Description

We are looking for skilled and reliable Fit-Out Operatives to join a major office fit-out project in Cologne. Working as part of the on-site team, you will support the delivery of high-quality commercial interiors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out a range of fit-out activities including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, and general interior installations
  • Assist with the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
  • Interpret drawings and follow technical instructions to ensure accurate installation
  • Work collaboratively with the Site Manager, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Maintain productivity while meeting project deadlines and quality standards
  • Adapt to different tasks as required across various stages of the project

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office fit-out, interiors, or construction environments
  • Ability to carry out hands-on installation works
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings
