Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage multiple façade restoration projects, from planning through to completion
Conduct scaffold and field inspections to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations
Mentor junior staff and work closely with property owners and contractors to ensure top-tier project execution

Requirements:
4+ years in architecture or engineering project management, with a strong focus on restoration
FISP experience
PE or QPSI certification is a plus
Familiarity with NYC building laws, restoration materials, and scaffold inspections
