The fiscal manager will oversee the activities of the Agency related to obligations in the form of contracts and agreements and to maintain an efficient system of controls over procurement activities.  Responsibilities include oversight of contracts with vendors, drafting, reviewing and negotiating critical business documents, facilitate RFPs and oversee the day to day purchasing activities of the purchasing department and its staff.
