Boeing South Carolina (BSC) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support 787 Final Assembly. This onsite role leads a team across multiple manufacturing disciplines to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality production. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, lead and coordinate teams performing activities across multiple manufacturing disciplines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
  • 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers and non-managers to achieve organizational goals
  • Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to work any shift based on operational needs
