Boeing’s Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization seeks a collaborative, hands-on First Line Manager to lead our Project Management & Construction Management Team on-site in Seattle and Tukwila, WA. This frontline role drives operational excellence across a high-impact facilities planning, construction project management and infrastructure portfolio, balancing team development, technical oversight, and measurable project delivery. Job Responsibility:

Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction, and plant & equipment maintenance
Define project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies and standard work to ensure consistent execution
Provide technical oversight and approval for approaches, deliverables, and vendor work
participate in source selection and supplier management
Acquire and allocate resources, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality expectations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners to ensure needs are met and escalations are resolved
Own team performance metrics and reporting
lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities
Able to travel up to 10% domestically

Requirements:

5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
5+ years of experience in project management/ construction management
3+ years of experience leading teams
10% domestic travel
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
"U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, or related field
Experience in construction/project leadership experience (planning, implementing, and executing facility projects)
Experience working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), real estate project management, and space planning
