Job Description:

First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities. We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Go-to-Market team based in İstanbul.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze sales, market potential, and field performance data to create insightful dashboards and reports that guide GTM strategic decisions
  • Actively contribute to the end-to-end execution of GTM projects, including new channel strategies, field organizational redesign and route optimization
  • Participate in field visits to monitor the implementation of transformation projects
  • Facilitate communication and data flow between central and field teams
  • Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new models

Requirements:

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
  • Available to work full-time in İstanbul between July 1 – August 31
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
