Job Responsibility

Lead bar operations on shift, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
Set and maintain high standards of service, presentation, and team performance.
Support and coach the bar team, ensuring strong product knowledge and consistent drink quality.
Manage peak service periods, adapting staffing and workflows to meet demand.
Oversee cocktail preparation, bar setup, and adherence to recipes and specifications.
Ensure accurate cash handling, POS use, and end-of-shift procedures.
Support stock control, minimise wastage, and maintain organised bar areas.
Promote premium products and maximise sales opportunities.
Work collaboratively with wider teams and provide feedback to management on performance and operations.
