This position is responsible for observing, monitoring, and protecting all assets of the company, guests, vendors, and team members. All positions within 7 CLANS CASINOS are responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. This position is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of guests, team members, vendors, and all company assets.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests, vendors, and fellow team members
Patrols all sections of property to identify safety hazards and breaks in security
Works effectively with all departments assuring efficient security support
Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activity
Maintains excellent working relationships with other company staff, vendors, and contractors
Aids law enforcement authorities as needed
Regularly assist in transporting and escorts regarding assets
Documents and reports all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy
Monitors all relevant activities to ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and controls
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in security preferred or a combination of education and security experience within specific areas of responsibility
Casino experience preferred
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain and maintain a gaming license
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and push, pull or drag up to 150 lbs.
