Affirm Training, our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivers a broad selection of nationally recognised courses and business specific training, for corporate, facilities management, construction, arts, recreational and entertainment individuals, and businesses. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our team in a casual capacity, delivering face-to-face training across the following short courses: HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card), PUAFER006 Lead an emergency control organisation, PUAER005 Operate as part of an emergency control organisation, PUAFER004 Respond to facility emergencies, PUAFER008 Confine small emergencies in a facility.
Job Responsibility
Facilitation of training for a range of short courses
Completion of student assessments
both practical and written
Timely submission of accurate paperwork
Delivery of courses within the stipulated time frames
Responsible for own work environment
Requirements
TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A and TAESS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
CPCWHS2001 apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry, or its successor
HLTAID011, HLTAID009 , PUAFER006, PUAER005, PUAFER004 and PUAFER008
Must have minimum 1 year experience as a Trainer & Assessor
Have current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning, including competency-based training and assessment
