We deliver comprehensive services including general tax, audit, accounting, management consulting, estate planning, financial planning, and several other services, while building long-term relationships that support our clients’ growth and financial well-being. We are looking for a Firm Administrator to guide the daily operations of our firm.
Job Responsibility:
Lead office operations and process improvements
Assist the Managing Partner on strategy and special projects
Supervision of Internal Accounting and Human Resources departments
Collaborate with IT and Marketing departments
Supervision of the firm’s time/billing and collection processes
Oversee CPE administration and license renewals
Prepare key financial reports
Manage 401(k) processes and audit support
Support compensation, benefits, and policy compliance
Develop and deliver related staff training
Handle sensitive HR and employee relations matters
Stay current on HR laws and provide guidance to leadership
Partner with IT in accessing needs, planning and implementation
Develop and deliver training related to IT
Assist with developing, executing and maintaining the marketing plan and brand consistency
Coordinate marketing materials, digital content, and advertising
Manage community involvement and public-facing communications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field
5+ years of supervisory or management experience
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
