Partnering with a growing legal services firm in Denver, CO seeking a Firm Administrator. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of finance/accounting operations.
Job Responsibility:
financial reporting/analysis
month-end close duties
annual budgeting
revenue cycle management
banking management
general ledger accounting
trust accounting
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Practice Master/TABS3 time and billing software
Trust accounting experience- specifically COLTAF and 3-way reconciliations
Excel skills- vlookups and pivot tables
