Job Description:

The town of Wayland Fire department seeks motived candidates to join our team as a Firefighter/Paramedic. This full-time position is responsible for fire suppression, fire prevention & education, advanced life support emergency medical care, rescue operations, and other non-emergency duties. The schedule of work is rotating 24-hour shifts that result in an average 42-hour workweek over an eight-week cycle.

Requirements:

HS Diploma
EMT-Paramedic license
valid driver’s license at time of hire
