Job Description:

Join our life-saving team as a Fire Systems Inspector. Perform critical inspections and testing on fire alarm and suppression systems to ensure they meet NFPA standards and protect the lives and property of our customers. This is a field-based position traveling to customer sites regularly.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect and test fire alarms, suppression systems, and extinguishers across assigned territory
Schedule and coordinate inspection visits with customers and local fire departments
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, making repairs or referring to service team as needed
Clearly communicate inspection results and recommendations to customers
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with NFPA standards
Adhere to all company and industry safety policies
Be ready to pitch in with other duties as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice to have:

Experience with fire alarms, security systems, or low-voltage installations
Understanding of wiring, networking, or reading blueprints
Industry certifications (NICET, ESA, manufacturer training)
