Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent education
6 years' experience in managing, planning, and implementing fire safety programs and procedures, in accordance with local, state and federal regulations as well as company policies
NICET Level 2 in Fire Alarm Systems or NICET Level 2 in Special Hazards Systems

Job Responsibility

Perform O & M Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contract(s)
Oversight and Management of NICET Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Technicians and sub-contractors
Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts
Responsible for scheduling work to be performed
Manages and commits contract resources, monitors budgets on assigned contracts
Responsible for the safety of all personnel on job, including sub-personnel, compliance with environment standards and quality of work performed
Research and address customer complaints
