Job Description:

This opportunity for a Fire Safety Consultant offers a regionalised role across Birmingham, Manchester, and surrounding areas. The successful Fire Safety Consultant will work across a diverse project portfolio, providing expert advice and ensuring compliance across both new and existing buildings. As a Fire Safety Consultant, they will engage with clients directly and contribute to the delivery of high-quality fire safety solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake fire risk assessments
  • Support fire strategy development
  • Advise on fire safety compliance in line with UK regulations
  • Attend site visits across the Midlands and North
  • Produce detailed reports
  • Collaborate with design and project teams

Requirements:

  • Experience within a fire consultancy or compliance-focused role
  • A relevant qualification (NEBOSH Fire, Fire Engineering degree, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
  • Strong report writing and client-facing skills
  • Flexibility to travel regionally
