Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Fire Safety Consultant to join their established London team. With a dedicated team of six fire professionals, they deliver expert fire safety services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential (new build & existing housing stock), education, healthcare, commercial, and hotels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting fire safety surveys and assessments
  • Advising on fire safety strategies for new and existing buildings
  • Providing expertise on facades and external wall fire safety
  • Delivering fire risk assessments and compliance reports
  • Engaging with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure fire safety compliance

Requirements:

  • A recognised fire safety qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, NEBOSH Fire Certificate, CFPA Diploma)
  • Ideally a Surveying or strong construction background, with a solid understanding of buildings
  • Experience in fire safety surveying, advisory, and facade assessments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
