Job Description:

A highly regarded and independent property consultancy is seeking a Fire Surveyor to join their expanding London team. The role involves conducting fire risk assessments, providing fire safety advice, and assisting with strategy development across diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting fire risk assessments (Type 1-4)
  • providing technical fire safety advice
  • producing detailed reports for a wide portfolio of clients
  • assisting with fire strategy development, remediation oversight, and audits in line with the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act

Requirements:

  • IFE, IFSM, or FRACS membership (or working towards)
  • strong knowledge of PAS 79, the Fire Safety Order, and current building/fire legislation
  • minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Type 1-4 FRA experience (essential)
  • confident communicator with strong written reporting skills
  • London-based or within commutable distance
