Job Description:

One of the UK’s leading fire specialist firms is searching for an experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join their friendly and flexible team in Essex. The role involves conducting fire risk assessments, developing fire safety strategies, and ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct fire risk assessments
Develop fire safety strategies
Provide expert consultancy to clients across a number of residential property types
Work closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and best practices

Requirements:

Relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFE accreditation, or equivalent)
Proven experience in fire risk assessment and fire safety consultancy
Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, regulations, and building codes
Experience developing fire safety strategies and emergency plans
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and authorities
