Job Responsibility
Conduct Fire Risk Assessments across a wide range of property types including residential, hospitality, retail, commercial and care environments
Produce clear, structured fire safety reports aligned with current legislation and guidance
Provide practical fire safety advice and proportionate solutions to clients
Engage directly with clients and project teams to ensure assessments and recommendations are understood and implemented
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development within the consultancy
Support junior consultants and contribute to maintaining strong technical standards across the team
Requirements
Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification preferred
(Level 3 accepted if working towards Level 4)
Around four years’ experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments
IFE membership or working towards professional accreditation
Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and current best practice
Confident communicator with the ability to produce clear, high-quality reports
Organised, analytical and comfortable working across varied building types
Full UK driving licence
