Job Description:

A small yet ambitious fire consultancy based in South Essex is seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity will see the successful Fire Risk Assessor working across the residential sector, including low- and mid-rise blocks of flats, alongside some smaller commercial properties.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) in residential and commercial environments
Fire Door Surveys and Inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

Recognised fire safety qualification, such as FPA, NEBOSH Fire, or equivalent
Tier registered 3 and above
Ideally a member of IFE or IFSM
Demonstrable experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments, ideally in the residential sector
Experience in Fire Door Surveys and knowledge of health and safety practices
