Job Responsibility

Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) with precision and professionalism
Offer clear and comprehensive fire safety advice to clients
Participate in fire consultancy services, including compartmentation and intrusive surveys, with support available when needed
Support the Quality Assurance Supervisor by reviewing and ensuring the technical quality of FRA reports from other consultants
Assist the Training Department by delivering occasional onsite and online fire safety training courses tailored to client requirements

Requirements

A relevant degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments
Knowledge of fire safety applications such as Riskbase
Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach and a commitment to achieving objectives
A full driving licence (travel to various client locations is required)

Job Responsibility

Conduct fire safety risk assessments in line with current regulations
Provide clear, actionable recommendations for remedial actions
Produce detailed fire safety reports for clients
Schedule and liaise with clients to arrange assessments and discuss findings
Deliver fire safety advice and training sessions for client employees
Stay updated on fire safety legislation and industry best practices
