Job Description

A professional fire consultancy is looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing Northern team. This role would suit a confident Fire Risk Assessor who enjoys working independently across a broad portfolio of commercial, residential, education and public sector properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments
  • Produce clear and practical reports
  • Liaise with clients
  • Provide competent fire safety advice in line with current legislation
  • Manage own diary

Requirements

  • Experience completing fire risk assessments
  • A recognised fire risk assessment qualification
  • Knowledge of the Fire Safety Order and relevant guidance
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Experience across residential or commercial buildings
  • A full UK driving licence
