Job Description

I’m working with a growing fire safety consultancy seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor looking to manage a varied portfolio of properties while delivering high-quality fire risk assessments and practical fire safety advice to a broad range of clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties
  • Producing clear and detailed reports
  • Identifying fire safety risks and providing proportionate recommendations to ensure compliance with current legislation and guidance
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Delivering a professional and consultative service

Requirements

  • A recognised Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
  • Experience undertaking Fire Risk Assessments independently
  • Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and relevant fire safety legislation
  • Experience producing detailed FRA reports
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
