Job Description:

A respected organisation is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their dedicated Fire Safety Team. This Fire Risk Assessor position plays a vital role in protecting residents, visitors and buildings by delivering a robust and high-quality fire risk assessment programme. The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments across a varied residential portfolio. They will produce clear, practical and timely reports, ensuring risks are properly identified, recorded and managed. Working both independently and collaboratively, the Fire Risk Assessor will contribute to a strong safety culture and ongoing service improvement.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor level
  • Evidence of relevant experience and/or third-party certification
  • Knowledge of fire risk assessment systems and reporting processes

Nice to have:

Membership of a professional body such as the Institute of Fire Engineers, or a commitment to achieving this
