Fire Risk Assessor

• Conducting fire risk assessments across a varied residential portfolio
• Producing clear, practical and timely reports
• Ensuring risks are properly identified, recorded and managed
• Contributing to a strong safety culture and ongoing service improvement

• NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor level
• Evidence of relevant experience and/or third-party certification
• Knowledge of fire risk assessment systems and reporting processes

Membership of a professional body such as the Institute of Fire Engineers, or a commitment to achieving this

• 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
