Fire Protection Engineer

• Be a United States citizen
• Have a security clearance - SECRET
• Be a graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (four [4]-year degree minimum) AND have a minimum of six (6) years of Design Management and/or Design experience
• Have demonstrated knowledge of broad-based Engineering principles and versed in the discipline being hired
• Sound understanding of technical concepts, principles and practices applicable to multidisciplined engineering project design
• Have demonstrated experience with performing fire protection engineering for new and existing facilities
• Have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
• Have demonstrated experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing management personnel
• Provide satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship
• Have demonstrated experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), AutoCAD and/or Revit, etc.
• Complete the SF-85-P, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions

It is highly desirable to have their U.S. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) in the discipline being hired
