Job Description

Boeing is seeking a senior-level Fire Life Safety Program Manager to oversee the operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and emergency readiness of a 200-site regional portfolio. This individual acts as the strategic bridge between technical asset management, the Boeing Fire Department (BFD), and Regional Facilities Leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute a comprehensive 'boots-on-the-ground' audit of every FLS asset across 200 sites to ensure the CMMS is accurate
  • Validate and update all Preventative Maintenance and Inspection schedules to ensure 100% compliance with NFPA 25, 72, and Boeing corporate standards
  • Coordinate with BFD to ensure fire department personnel are present on-site during all critical system testing, inspections, or maintenance windows
  • Partner with BFD leadership to develop and standardize Emergency Operation Plans (EOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all 200 sites
  • Develop a regional Fire Drill Master Schedule
  • Ensure drills are executed, timed, and critiqued in coordination with BFD and Site Facility Managers to meet OSHA and local code requirements
  • Work directly with Site FMs to coordinate all FLS actions, ensuring safety requirements are met without compromising manufacturing productivity
  • Provide monthly status updates to Regional Facility Maintenance Leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Fire Protection or Industrial Safety
  • Experience managing multi-site portfolios (100+ sites)
  • Experience working with internal/industrial fire departments
  • NICET III/IV, CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), or a Bachelor's in Fire Protection Engineering
  • Mastery of NFPA 1, 10, 13, 25, 72, and 101, as well as OSHA 1910.38/1910.39
  • Experience in developing tactical SOPs for industrial fire response and evacuation
  • Ability to lead meetings with both a 40-person fire department and corporate executive leadership
  • Ability to translate high-level code requirements into actionable tasks for Facility Managers
  • High proficiency in CMMS (Maximo/SAP) and Excel for managing 100% asset validation data
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
