Job Description:

A leading UK-based consultancy is looking for a Fire Engineer to deliver fire safety solutions across a varied portfolio that includes both public and private sector developments. This role offers the chance to work on everything from large-scale commercial and infrastructure schemes to confidential, high-security government and defence projects.

Job Responsibility:

Producing fire strategies
Offering design-stage guidance
Ensuring compliance across complex buildings and infrastructure
Full lifecycle support from early concept through to delivery
Collaborating across disciplines to deliver safe, innovative fire safety solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a UK fire safety consultancy
Comfortable producing fire strategy reports and advising design teams
In-depth knowledge of current codes (BS 9999, BS 7974, ADB, etc.)
Degree in Fire Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
Progressing toward or interested in MIFireE or CEng status
Must be eligible for advanced UK security clearance (5 years' continuous UK residency required)
