Job Responsibility

Managing the entire lifecycle of manufacturing projects, collaborating with clients and the design team to secure approvals on drawings and specifications
Following projects through to manufacturing and despatch, maintaining adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
Specifying the correct materials and products for manufacturing
Conducting training and toolbox talks for staff on proper manufacturing processes
Keeping meticulous manufacturing records to support compliance and quality assurance
Utilising CAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word to assist in project design and management
Managing the scheduling, cutting, and requisitioning of door sets, as well as ordering necessary materials
Communicating effectively with customers and design managers to ensure all requirements are met

Job Responsibility

Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, and heat detectors
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fire pump testing and maintenance
Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and pre-action systems
Maintain emergency lighting systems, exit signs, and egress pathway illumination
Test and inspect fire dampers, smoke dampers, and fire doors for proper operation
Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and coordinate recharging services
Perform backflow prevention testing on fire protection water supplies
Document all fire and life safety testing in compliance with NFPA standards and local codes
Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations
