Qualified Joiner to an NVQ 3 Level (Must have experience in fire door installation)
Full UK Driving License
CSCS card (Blue Card or above is desirable but not essential training is provided)

Job Responsibility

Install new fire door sets and carry out fire door maintenance to third party certification standards alongside upgrading customers fire safety to the Regulated British Standard
Perform works in occupied buildings including multi occupancy housing blocks, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring safety standards are met and that quality control standards are maintained to the highest of quality
Occasionally work away from home or night shift work if required by the needs of the job

FDIS Diploma or equivalent
Experienced within a similar maintenance/trades position
Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Perform scheduled and reactive remedial works, repairs, and adjustments on fire doors and frames
Carry out fire door inspections, installations and repairs identified on fire doors
Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks
Assist with other trades including general maintenance, minor joiner, minor plumbing etc
Ensure all repairs and installations adhere strictly to regulatory standards
Accurately complete all necessary compliance documentation, reports, and certification logs using mobile technology
Collaborate with site teams and clients, ensuring high standards of workmanship and minimal operational disruption
