Job Responsibility

Coordinate service, maintenance, and installation appointments for engineers
Act as the first point of contact for client and supplier enquiries via phone and email
Support engineers and management with project documentation and reporting
Maintain accurate client records, certificates, and compliance documentation
Process quotes, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor stock levels and order materials, equipment, and consumables when required
Manage CRM and job management systems to ensure accurate data entry and tracking
Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and document control
