Job Description

Work on and assist with the day to day project management of a new Fire Detection and Mechanical Fire Protection Project within a Data Centre environment. Ensure efficient delivery and installation of challenging, fast paced data centre projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Ability to handle projects from enquiry to completion
  • Ability to manage a construction programme and report accordingly
  • To effectively manage the installation works on site whilst liaising with both sub-contractors and clients
  • Undertaking of relevant H & S duties ie safe starts, tool box talks etc
  • Liaise with manufacturing, design and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Ability to highlight any problem areas ensuring they are effectively communicated to the relevant parties
  • Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications
  • To complete Quality Assurance documentation ensuring works are of the appropriate standard and report snags to sub-contractors
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members
  • Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities on projects
  • Any other duties commensurate with your position
