The Fire Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. The role involves managing general office administration, handling telephone enquiries, diary coordination, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage general office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records

  • Maintain CRM or project management systems to support workflow and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate diaries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for contracts and site activities
  • Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Support procurement activities, including ordering materials and assisting with inventory management
  • Monitor and update daily work trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
