Job Description

We’re looking for a Fintech Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Fintech team. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, finance and execution. You’ll take big-picture fintech ideas and business cases and turn them into concrete, end-to-end plans that bring together Finance, Pricing, R&D, Operations, Compliance, Legal and GTM. You won’t “own” the spreadsheets, but you will pressure-test assumptions, connect the numbers to operational reality, and help leadership make clear, well-informed decisions about what we do next, in what order, and with which trade-offs.

Job Responsibility

  • Turn fintech and payments strategy into clear execution plans and roadmaps (scope, milestones, owners, success metrics)
  • Coordinate cross-functional fintech initiatives (e.g. migrations, product/feature rollouts, process or pricing changes)
  • Bridge Finance / Pricing and operations by challenging models and turning insights into prioritised, realistic plans
  • Create concise, executive-ready materials that explain options, trade-offs and resourcing needs
  • Spot process gaps and risks across fintech workflows and drive pragmatic improvements
  • Track actions and decisions to ensure follow-through in a fast-changing environment

Requirements

  • 6+ years in consulting, banking, strategy, business analysis or similar, ideally in SaaS, fintech or payments
  • proven experience driving or supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives (migrations, rollouts, process or operating-model changes)
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • comfortable with data, business cases and financial models
  • able to influence without authority and build relationships across Finance, R&D, Operations, Compliance, Legal and GTM
  • high ambiguity tolerance, strong ownership and follow-through—you keep work moving even when things change

Nice to have

knowledge of payments / fintech value chains, pricing or unit economics, and tools like Jira, Confluence and Slack

What we offer

  • Participation in our company share program
  • Best-in-class parental leave (6 months fully paid for primary caregivers, 2 months for secondary, available within your first year)
  • Unlimited paid holiday
  • Work from anywhere - enjoy the flexibility to work from other countries for a few weeks each year through our compliant and flexible Workation policy
  • Relocation options available after 1 year
  • Monthly EDGE time - dedicated to Explore, Develop, Grow, and Elevate yourself
  • Flexible, hybrid working options
  • One-off home office setup budget to make your workspace your own
  • Monthly working-from-home and healthcare allowances (where local healthcare benefits are not in available)
