Job Description:

Are you a native Finnish speaker? Would you like to fire-up your career by working as a Finnish Speaking Travel Agent representing one of the leading global flight-centric Online Travel Agencies? Join a global community support team & support clients by assisting them with their bookings, travel itineraries, flight addon products etc.

Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
Resolve customer enquiries regarding flight cancellations, rebookings
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication
Promote additional flight addon products to customers

Requirements:

No previous experience is required
Team spirit & flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Client-centric mindset
A native level in Finnish
Advanced knowledge of the English language
PC literacy
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Athens
