Are you a fluent Finnish speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from the beautiful island of Crete, Chania? This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well known islands in Greece.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Finnish speaking clients
  • Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships with Finnish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
  • Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements

  • An excellent level of the Finnish language
  • A good level of the English language
  • PC literacy
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client centric mindset
