Job Description:

This is a full-time job opportunity for a Finnish Customer Service Agent to work onsite in Chania, Crete. The role includes responsibilities such as handling inquiries from Finnish-speaking clients, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates fluent in Finnish with good English skills and PC literacy are encouraged to apply. High adaptability and a client-centric mindset are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the first point of contact for all Finnish speaking clients
Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintaining solid customer relationships with Finnish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Finnish language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
