Job Responsibility:
Complete and pass required training modules
Know work schedule, arrive on time, meet uniform and appearance standards
Understand menu and beverage options
Follow service procedures and provide exceptional hospitality
Communicate with managers and hosts about reservations and guest needs
Prepare station and tables for guest arrival
Greet guests promptly and ensure comfort
Take beverage and food orders accurately
Present menus and offer menu guidance including meat tray presentations
Answer questions and suggest specials to up-sell
Input orders accurately and manage course timing
Serve food and drinks while ensuring accuracy
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance
Offer desserts and additional beverages
Audit and present guest checks and process payments
Thank guests and invite them to return
Bus, set, and reset tables
Perform side, closing, and other assigned duties
Assist with Prime Society service and promote membership
Follow all policies, procedures, and laws related to food, liquor, sanitation, and safety
Communicate guest feedback and improvement ideas to managers
Support teamwork by assisting other staff when needed
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Completion of required training modules
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
Must comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
