  • 5+ years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a General Manager role
  • Strong wine background, Sommelier preferred

  • Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
  • Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
