One of Destin's finest steakhouses is now looking for a General Manager! Located within a beautiful property, this role requires a strong leader that can maintain a 4-diamond level of quality service and overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a General Manager role
  • Strong wine background, Sommelier preferred
  • Dedication to quality steps of service and strong history of fine dining or luxury concept service
  • Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
  • Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
