Our award-winning, chef-driven restaurant group with acclaimed boutique restaurants that value high-end execution and distinctive culture is looking for a Fine Dining Executive Chef for our newest seafood-focused restaurant in Charleston, SC.   • Must have High-End Steakhouse Experience
  • No more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years, with steady progression through career
  • Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
  • Appreciation for the finer things and 100% from scratch kitchen
  • A can-do attitude is critical

  • Trains and manages culinary employees for best practice food production techniques
  • Responsible for menu creation and service to various daily venues as required
  • Responsible for customized menu creations for upscale plated catering events
  • Maintain effective client and guest rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Maintain integrity of the standard Aramark food offer
