Job Description:

This is a key technical and operational role serving as the dedicated Financial Systems Manager to the high-growth Industrious Accounting and Finance team. The core mission is to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our Procure-to-Pay (Coupa) and general ledger (NetSuite) environments, along with their associated integrations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of Procure-to-Pay (Coupa) and general ledger (NetSuite) environments and their integrations
Provide daily tier-one support and resolve system issues
Drive continuous process improvements
Contribute to global expansion planning
Manage a high volume of requests via Zendesk
Debug Workato automations connected to Coupa/NetSuite
Drive system and process improvements
Help with new feature testing (UAT)
Write documentation
Participate in planning for system expansion into new countries

Requirements:

4+ years of experience supporting or administering financial systems, specifically Coupa
Expert in Coupa configuration and troubleshooting, including Chart of Accounts, External Integrations, Account and Security Groups, and Approval Chains
Comfortable managing a high volume of support requests and hitting strict deadlines
Sharp problem-solver and highly detail-oriented
Can explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical finance and accounting colleagues
Excited by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment

Nice to have:

NetSuite experience
Basic understanding of accounting/finance principles (P2P, financial close, expense reporting)
Experience with SOX compliance or building and maintaining internal controls
Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms
Experience through a Coupa implementation project
