Financial Systems Manager

• Lead the global rollout of Business Central across 40+ countries, coordinating with the entire finance team to standardize processes while accommodating local requirements
• act as the key liaison between finance, data, product, other internal teams, and external partners, translating business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions
• configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, consolidation, etc.) and support end-to-end implementation, including data migration and user setup
• support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, leading system enhancements, and staying current on Business Central updates
• develop and document global finance processes and controls, ensuring consistency, compliance, and audit readiness across entities
• deliver user training, onboarding, and support, building system expertise within local and central finance teams, provide user support
• administer and maintain Business Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with finance operations
• monitor and manage user roles and permissions, maintaining appropriate access controls and segregation of duties

• 6-10 years solid, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially across finance modules like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and consolidation
• played a key role in multiple Business Central implementations or rollouts, ideally across multiple entities or countries
• understand core finance processes and accounting principles, and can effectively support finance teams from a systems perspective
• thrive in fast-paced, international environments, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds
• proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
